Return & Refund Policy

At Wonderlens, we take immense pride in the archival quality and technological precision of our work. Because each piece from The Living Gallery Series is custom-made to order and features delicate integrated technology, our return policy is as follows:

 

1. Final Sale & Custom Orders

All products, including our Giclée prints and interactive framed artworks, are Final Sale. As these items are produced specifically for you upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preference, or accidental orders.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a functional defect with the integrated chip, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To report an issue: Please email wonderlensla@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the product and the packaging).

  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost to you.

 

3. Tech Functionality

Our interactive chips are tested before shipping. If you experience difficulty triggering the "Living Photo" feature:

  • Ensure your smartphone is NFC-compatible.

  • Remove thick phone cases that may interfere with the signal.

  • Follow our "How-to-Use" guide provided with the shipment.

  • Functional issues related to user device incompatibility are not eligible for refunds.

 

4. Shipping & Handling

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
